1. About Us

Two Leaf Baby is a small batch, made-to-order natural baby skincare brand based in Houston, Texas. Our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. We are not a licensed pharmacy or medical provider.

2. Products

Ingredients and formulation Our products are cosmetics, not drugs. They are made to moisturize and protect skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or medical issue. Do not use our products as a substitute for medical treatment.

Shelf life Our products contain no synthetic preservatives. Shelf life is limited:

Baby Lotion: 3 months unopened / 30 days after opening

Diaper Balm: 4 months unopened / 45 days after opening

The batch date is written on the bottom of every unit. You are responsible for tracking the opened shelf life and discarding product after the stated period.

Patch testing We recommend patch testing any new skincare product before full use, especially on newborns or babies with sensitive or reactive skin. Apply a small amount to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours before full application.

Who should not use this product Information about contraindications is published on our product pages. Read it before purchasing. If your baby has a known allergy to any of our ingredients, do not use our products.

3. Orders and Fulfillment

Made to order Our products are made fresh when your order is placed. Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

Order confirmation You will receive an order confirmation by email and/or SMS after your purchase.

Batch video As part of our trust architecture, we film every batch and send you an unlisted YouTube link when your order ships. This is a feature of our service, not a contractual guarantee. In rare circumstances (technical failure, etc.) a video may not be available for a specific batch.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Two Leaf Baby. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you when the order is handed to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order and contain perishable natural ingredients, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase: Contact us. We are a small business and we stand behind our product. We will make it right on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer refunds based on personal preference after a product has been opened and used.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party processors (Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your payment card information. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

7. Forms and Communications

By submitting a form on our website (contact form, order form, or opt-in form), you consent to being contacted by Two Leaf Baby via the contact method you provided in connection with your inquiry or order.

If you opt in to SMS marketing through a form on our website, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Two Leaf Baby. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated on our product pages. We do not guarantee that our products will work the same for every person or skin type.

Results vary. We do not promise specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Leaf Baby's liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to skin reactions that occur after proper patch testing was not performed, or use of the product beyond its stated shelf life.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on twoleafbaby.com — including text, images, design, and product descriptions — is owned by Two Leaf Baby and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
